For patients that do not have insurance, we offer the following self-pay rates for visits:

 

Behavioral Health Services

New Patient/New Intake: $225

Established Patient/Follow-up: $150

Primary Care Services

New Patient: $130.00

Existing Patient/Follow-up: $90.00

Episodic/Acute Care Services: $100.00
